Free on iPhone and Android
Break through the plateau.
The strength tracker that shows you when you’ve stopped progressing — and what to do about it.
Unlimited workouts and full history, free — no caps, no ads. See what’s free.
The core loop
Log a set in two taps.
Start from a template or build the session as you go. Last session’s numbers sit beside every set — tap to copy, tap to confirm.
- Templates for the sessions you repeat — reorder them however you train
- A session clock running in the header from your first set
- Per-exercise notes that resurface the next time you train it
- Kilograms or pounds, switched whenever you like
- Interrupted mid-session? The draft is waiting when you come back
Why it’s called Plateau
See the plateau coming.
A stall is obvious in hindsight and invisible while it happens. Every exercise carries its own numbers so you catch the flattening early.
- Personal records surfaced the moment you hit them
- Estimated one-rep max, tracked over time
- Volume and trend charts per exercise
- Pick your window — the last month or everything you’ve logged
Your training log
Never lose a workout.
Every session you finish is kept, in full, for as long as you want it. Not ninety days — all of it, on the free plan.
- A calendar of everything you’ve trained
- A consistency graph that makes gaps impossible to rationalise
- Post-workout summaries that call out the records you just set
- Stored on your phone, so the gym’s dead signal doesn’t matter
Exercise library
Every exercise, demonstrated.
Seventy-two movements across seven body parts — and every single one has an animated demo. Not a catalogue of names you have to look up elsewhere.
- Animated demonstrations for all 72 exercises
- Filter by body part or exercise type
- Step-by-step form notes on each movement
- Add your own exercises when your gym has something unusual
Free vs Pro
Your data is free. Intelligence is paid.
Logging, history and templates are free, with no usage caps and no time limit. Pro pays for the analysis built on top of them.

Questions
Before you ask.
Do I lose my workouts if I don’t subscribe?
No. Your entire history stays readable forever on the free plan, along with unlimited logging and unlimited templates. Pro adds analysis on top of that data; it never locks the data itself.
Are there ads?
None, on either plan. An advert has no business interrupting a working set, and we would rather be paid by the people using the app.
Does it work without a signal?
Yes. Your workouts are stored on the phone itself, so a basement gym with no reception changes nothing. Exercise animations are cached after the first time you view them.
How do I cancel Pro?
In your App Store or Google Play account settings, not in the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the period you have already paid for runs to its end. Refunds go through Apple or Google under their own policies.
Which devices?
iPhone and Android, from a single codebase.
Can I get my data out?
CSV Export is on the Pro roadmap and is not built yet. Until it ships, your log lives in a standard database on your own device.
